Shakespeare Magic
Struggling to have your students atruggling through Shakespeare? Don't want to just show the film and miss out on the words? I have a solution for you. A few days ago a student came by my room and said "hey they were going to throw this away, so I saved it for you." I looked down to see a CD version of Much Ado About Nothing. I said thank you, blah blah blah, and thought little more about it. Until yesterday that is. I decided to let the kids listen while the followed along. They loved it, and I was so much less exhausted at the days end (even though now I have a cold). I would definitely recommend letting the actors take it away every other day when you're reading Shakespeare! :D
