The Perfect Summer Dress

We all want that piece in the summer that we can throw on for anything- a summer bbq, wedding, baby shower, or bridal shower. This turquoise dress is definitely that piece. It's dressy enough for the more formal events, but it has pockets that keep it casual.
 I paired it with my new booties that I talked about in THIS POST.
 
This dress is under 20 dollars from Romwe. I know- less than 20 dollars! I was skeptical too! But the sewing quality was actually pretty good.  The only thing you need to take careful note of is the sizing. I would definitely suggest measuring yourself to get the perfect fit.
