1. Your Stress Space
You know exactly what this is! - The messy drawer in the kitchen, the coat closet near the door, under the bathroom sink... whatever it is that brings you anxiety when you even think about it. Set a 15 minute timer and tackle as much as you can in that time. Then move on and do it again next weekend!
2. Mail Pile
I don't know about you but mine gets out of control! I don't want to open the endless pleas to open credit cards. Once I commit to going through and throwing away what I don't want I always feel way better (TIP: always rip up applications so no one can send them in as if they were you)
3. Makeup
Getting rid of old makeup isn't just good for the soul - its good for our health too! Toss that ugly lipstick you wore one time, that sparkly eyeliner you bought for that one occasion, and get rid of anything that is old (especially mascaras) so you don't risk an eye infection.
4. Clothing
Right now just commit to tossing 10 things into the sell/donate pile! Bonus tip- Once you get to your desired closet volume, practice the "one in- one out rule" every time you get something new!
5. Fridge
This is something that should definitely see a toss out party every once in awhile. You will feel really good about knowing that everything in your fridge is safe and edible!

I never even realised I had a stress space haha! These are such lovely tips and I love the feel of knowing my wardrobe/fridge/draw is completely sorted and only contains the items I love :D makes me feel like spring cleaning! xx
