Welcome to day 4 of my celebratory blogging week.
Today's post is some fun random facts about me. When I used to date, I always made people tell me random facts about themselves. You learn the facts, sure. But you learn even more by what they choose to share.
5 Things You Don't Know About Me
1. My lifelong dream is to write books. When I watch Grey's Anatomy, I want to be a doctor. When I watch chopped, I want to be a chef. When I go to the rodeo, I'd like to run around on a ranch. I want a part of everyone's story- and that is why I want to be an author. Then I can share in every single one.2. I have 3 siblings, and I completely adore my big family. The 4 of use are all meeting up this weekend for a big celebratory bash, and I can not wait!
3. I've read the Harry Potter books probably 100 times each. Last night I signed up for a summer class about Harry Potter. I don't even need the credit for my Master's, but HP will be part of my thesis, so it's great preparation work.
4. I've got a massive sweet tooth, and no meal feels finished until I have a little sugar. But donut give me donuts. Gross.
5. I'm a PK (pastor's kid) and nothing makes me happier than to hear my daddy preach God's word.
Thanks for stopping by today! Come back tomorrow for some interviews with some amazing and successful bloggers. :)

Awe, I love that you're a 'pastor's kid'! My husband is the worship leader at our church and our pastor's daughter is our babysitter. Love her to death! PS....no matter how stuffed I am after a meal, there is ALWAYS room for dessert. I always say there's a different compartment in my tummy for the sweet stuff. ;)
ReplyDeleteSo nice to read more about you! xo

wonderful hearing your 5 personal titbits.
ReplyDeleteThanks mom! Love you :)
DeleteLoved reading this post! Number one gives me all the feels - I don't think I want to be a writer but I'd love to be an editor. I love living all those different lives too! And what an awesome thing it would be to hear your dad preach!
ReplyDeleteThat would be very cool. As an English teacher I feel like an editor, but very few of the stories are any good! haha!! Thanks for this sweet comment. Love meeting other Christian gals through blogging!
