How many of you hit up the VS deal "buy a sports bra, get a pair of workout pants free"?
I know, it sounds too good to be true, but it isn't. I spent 34 dollars on the sports bra and got the 70 dollar pants for free. Pretty amazing.
It is my favorite print right now. I love the strappy back too! Here are links to both their regular size and plus size! Yay!
Lately I have been:
-Running on the treadmill while listening to audiobooks on my iPhone. (I get these free from my local library- I would definitely go and check if yours has a similar program)
-Doing Jillian Michaels workout DVDs. I always liked watching Biggest Loser and find her strangely motivating. She believes in combining movements and different practices together to work more areas of the body and burn more fat/calories. Plus its harder to get bored. :) I love her Yoga Meltdown video for strength days especially. (Plus I don't have to wear shoes for this one!)
-Using my ab roller. The first day I used it, my abs hurt for 3 days. (Which sucked) but as I continued using it, I didn't have the pain for days thing. I think it is one of the most effective tools I own. You can get one at Target for pretty cheap if you're interested. That's where I got mine.
-Lifting some light weights. I used to do the full on bench and squat racks, but my cheapo gym doens't have them. It's all about the machines and dumb bells there. Oh well! I've just been adding weights to squats, lunges, good mornings, and all the usual curls and lifts.
What have you been doing to stay in shape? Give me some new ideas in the comments below!

Victoria

I've been wanting to get cute workout gear like this forever! Typically I just end up working out in my finance's clothes;)
