Hot Tools Curling Iron

Okay, I have a lion's mane. A huge head of hair. 10 pounds of curl. You get the idea. Quality hair tools are necessary for sure. I decided to try out Hot Tools. And I did a timelapse video of me curling my hair... Because I thought it would be funny. It's kind of weird. And the video starts with my eyes closed... way to go me.

I'm such a dork.

Overall, I thought the curling iron was super high quality. I loved the long rubber on the clip so that you don't burn your fingers. The part on the end was big as well. It also didn't burn my hair or make it stink. My hair was the slightest bit damp when I did it, so I don't think the curls turned out as good as it could have. Overall though, I'm happy with the 50 bucks I spent. :)

Side note !!! 

I loved this Loreal Elnett Satin hairspray. It mists like a dream. It's so soft and airy that it doesn't just stick to one spot. I love it!!! The smell wasn't bad either and went away so fast. I got this 7 oz bottle for 3 dollars at Big Lots. Score!
