Blue and Bell Sleeves

 Today I am sharing another cute off-the-shoulder top from Sammy Dress.
 I has a bell sleeve type look, even though the sleeves are more like ruffles? Not totally sure how to explain it :)

I absolutely love stripes so it was no surprise that I picked this shirt. 

With boots and a bag it still works for fall!! And at under 10 dollars, it's quite a steal!
